This happened during December, 2006, in South China Sea. Ship was on the way from Goa to China. She loaded iron ore. The weather was very rough, and hence work on the deck was suspended, and the accommodation painting was being done. 2 Abs went to paint locker, which was on the port side on the main deck, near accommodation.

One AB went inside to pick up the paint and the other AB was standing outside. When the ship rolled, the AB waiting outside, lost his balance, and was carried away by the wave. Luckily he got hold of the storm railing, and the AB who was inside, came for his help, and the AB was saved.
