10 days after sailing out from a port, moisture was noticed on the glass of turbocharger aft lub oil cover. Engine was stopped and the oil was drained. Water particles found in the drained oil. Cooling water pressure was increased to check for any leakage, found none. The sump was cleaned and filled up with new oil and the engine was started and the ship proceeded. After about 4 hours, same happened and it was decided to cut off the cooling water and to proceed to the destination. On arrival port, it was found that the around the labyrinth, there was a hail line crack. This was subsequently repaired.
