What is the selection process for the DNS Sponsorship Course with BSM at HIMT College?

HIMT will shortlist 30 candidates based on the HIMT Written Exam, CV evaluation, and PCM scores. Shortlisted candidates must pay an Initial Token Amount of ₹10,000 within 48 hours. Selected students will be added to a WhatsApp group to prepare for the BSM Test and Interview.

Is the initial token amount refundable if I do not clear the BSM selection?

Yes. If a candidate fails to clear the BSM selection process, the Initial Token Amount (₹10,000) will be fully refunded, except for the non-refundable application fee. Refund timelines follow HIMT’s cancellation and refund policy.

Important Notes & Application Process:

Candidates shortlisted by HIMT in the Interview stage must pay the Initial token amount (Refundable- Check policy below) within the stipulated deadline. Failure to pay within the deadline will result in the seat being offered to the next candidate on the waitlist.
The final shortlisted candidates who complete all formalities will be sent for the BSM selection process. BSM will review the applicants and shortlist candidates further for their selection rounds (Online/ Offline), as per the company’s requirements.
Candidates selected by BSM must complete all admission formalities, including document submission and fee payment, immediately within the specified deadline to confirm their sponsorship, as the timelines are short
We strongly advise all candidates to ensure their basic medical fitness beforehand, including Height, Weight, BMI, and Colour Vision requirements.
The Application Fee paid is non-refundable
As per D. G. Shipping Guidelines, passport is mandatory to join the course.
Caution Deposits are refundable at the end of the course after adjustments of laundry charges & damages, breakages etc., if any.
Fees paid is forfeited if withdrawn from the Course after the course commencement, or after being selected by a company.
The decision of HIMT and BSM shall be final and binding.
⁠Admissions are subject to meeting the mandatory requirement of course and BSM decision regarding selection is final.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Token Amount Refund Policy for this Sponsorship Drive:

If a candidate is shortlisted by HIMT for this Sponsorship Drive, pays the token amount, but does not obtain an IMUCET 2026 Rank, they will be eligible for a full refund of the initial token amount paid.
Candidates who are not selected at either the HIMT stage or the BSM stage will receive a full refund of the initial token amount paid.
If a candidate withdraws for any reason (including medical issues or non-attendance for interviews) after being lined up for the BSM selection process, or after being selected by BSM, the initial token amount will be forfeited.
